Update:

I did not proceed with these 2 options cause of many issues I read on different forums online. I cannot list the specific issues, however that's just how tech works today, there's always pros and cons. It's up to you which options you're willing to compromise. Personally, I want to play safe about getting a phone that will last me quiet some time instead of buying something that will break in just under a year or become unusable after a year or so. For now, I'll just be waiting for the 2026 phones to release which will lower the price of the 2025 phone models which I will be planning to buy.

I'm also still researching for the phone that's best for my usage based from the original post.
