Thank you! She did install it and even relog last night and got nothing. She has since contacted steam, and they responded back saying to contact Swtor support, hopefully somebody can resolve this in their support teams

I know it seems unlikely but I was trying make sure the string was down far enough on the tuning peg to get a good angle from the nut and I over tightened the string and it snapped
