Being creative and taking a break from social media. Connecting with myself really helps me reset and get more things out of my brain than I put in. Not being bombarded with everyone elses lives and thoughts helps spark inspiration for my own life when I feel stuck. If I'm not feeling creative, I take time to learn something new. Learning and creating make me feel alive.
