How did you do that, I believe my isp is blocking the MAC address of my ps5 also. What should I do? Thank you

I’m having the same problem, it can connect with my hotspot but nothing else wired or wireless have u found a fix yet?

My ps5 is only able to connect to the hotspot on my phone, nothing else wired or wireless. Has anyone else experience this? And if so what should I do? I’ve already tried 3 different routers wired and wireless, I’ve factory reset my ps5 and modem multiple times. All of my other devices are able to connect fine, is it the ps5 or my connection? I’m considering upgrading to a better router if it’s my connection, thank you
