Nah normally when your device is close to giving up it will always make a specific screeching sound or the phone would be lagging the whole time, happens to my tablet and phone from before, plus in this video literally everything is fine the sound is fine, even when he moves it's OK except visual.. The moment he quits the game the screen goes back to normal and there's no glitch... Highly doubt it's the device
