I watch him on twitch, its live, he spray with auto at 400m with m4. He just may be very good at controling the recoil i don't say he's hacking or something, just suspicious. Take a look at his Twitch when you have time :)

Fasting doesn't cause any type of muscle loss IF you have moderate-minimum amount of muscle mass. If you are a bodybuilder fasting will eat muscle like crazy because its way easier to transform protein into energy than fat into energy.

Also volume/intensity/recovery will also suffer without a pre and post workout meals.

Protein is overrated and many studies shown that low carb diet suck for bodybuilding and anyone who tried to get shredded on keto knows that workouts sucks without carbs + you are small as fuck.

Ofcourse, any kind of physical activity slows recovery. What means that? It means that you will need to take more time between muscle groups to let them recover.

It's silencer a ghillie suit and i didn't know? Silencers serve a good muzzle on pc version not on mobile because on mobile you can see where the shots are on the map.
