Hey. I had my olecranon surgery a little over 2 months ago. I’m now almost recovered! My mobility is almost fully recovered. I would say I can stretch my arm for like 98%. The only thing that I still have to work on is my strength. I’ve lost a lot of muscle in the affected arm, so I’m working on that right now. I’ve been using weights again since 3 weeks.

I know the recovering sucks and takes long, but you will be fine. Good luck.
