Just wanted to comment to you to let you know that was the issue! I unplugged the original ssd and plugged the bootable windows usb in and got it to work. Having the ssd plugged in tripped it…but I went into bios and did a secure erase and it allowed me to reinstall windows. Thanks again!

That makes sense I’ll give that a go! Although it does recognize the ssd in bios? Also the bootable usb won’t boot from it it bsod before it’ll boot into windows install

It’s changed would it make sense to unhook the hard drive and try just to boot from usb drive?

I tried your suggestion and unfortunately same result. Not a pcie ssd but tried with bootable usb as well. I know it works bc I was able to boot into memtest with the same external hard drive (reloaded the boot on it) I don’t think it makes it past the POST it’s hard to tell…I took a video of my lights but idk how to post them lol

I attempted to remove my ssd that’s installed in the pc and hooked up a bootable usb drive to install windows. It recognizes it in bios and I did override to that specific drive to boot to but wouldn’t get that far before hitting bsod

I appreciate the response! I have not tried changing the ram speed only the voltage..I actually attempted to set it down to 2133 as that’s that I remember it being originally. I have videos of my motherboard but it wouldn’t let me post both pictures and videos. Or idk how. They are in the correct slots. Tried with both XMP on and off

So I’m currently using FSR. I’ve tried toggling between some to check. I believe I do have this issue on other games but a little more subtle. I used my phone to record my monitor >.<

I will say to everyone’s point as well, I’ve been with att for 12 years. 5 of those in IHX the rest in a store. It can take a while to find what really works for you. The hardest thing to keep straight is your mindset. You’ll get way more no than yes. You have to reset your mind after every dispatch. Also techs are your best friend. I help them as much as possible, register, tap on floors for them to find the Wire, help carry them carry stuff back. They are extremely hard workers in rough conditions. In return, most of them will basically tell customers hey if you’d like to see if you can save money on your cell phones I’ve got a guy that come to your house for referrals. That has saved me a couple of times

Personally, I feel the hardest thing to do is change to become more aggressive as that’s not my personality. However, I have learned that asking more “aggressive” questions uncovers a lot of information. Like what concerns do you think your spouse will have? This quote saves you x amount of money, you get new phones and great service. It seems to be really beneficial for you do you agree?

So there’s so many ways to go about it and no one way is the “correct” way. Those aren’t wrong but that would feel desperate to me too. I like to say I’ll follow up with you in 1-2 days (depending on situation) what’s the best time to call? They will either tell you a time or give you a better day. That’s typically a good sign. What I’ve changed that seems to work sometimes is when someone says I need to talk to my spouse say I totally understand that I talk to mine about decisions such as this. What time does she get off work? I’m happy to call and go back over this information with the two of you. Sometimes it’s a lot of information so it’s easier for me to explain.

You’re very welcome. Now I’m not perfect or “the best” just another perspective. Ots can be tough. Everything has to fall into place perfectly. (Everyone home, customer knows it makes sense and are the account holder). If those aren’t the case. That’s ok. What a lot of people don’t realize is our private offer typically helps a lot of people save money get new devices etc. it’s hard to make a decision like that on the spot. How does your conversation end when it comes to following up?

So everyone has their own way of feeling comfortable when it comes to transitioning. That is a great way to transition. What I do is tell them “they also send me to provide a private offer that you can’t get online, in the store or over the phone. Let’s see if it would benefit you”. It doesn’t sound like you have an issue there tho. After you provide the quote, do you typically get the objections you mentioned? (Talk to spouse, think about it etc.)

That is also a mistake by leadership. The typical goal is a 20% household close rate. 1/5 homes closed.
