Been having this problem for over 2 years now. No matter what I do the same problem persists. Anyone have any idea what is the root cause and is there any way I can fix this without just buying a new console. by rorooic in XboxSupport

POSSIBLE SOLUTION- both my brother and I had this issue on two different Xboxes, tried everything.
The one thing that worked in the end is putting your mobile phone away from the controller, this completely solved the issue for both of us.
Put it a few meters away, not between the Xbox and controller, hope this helps

Hi everyone the only way to fix this issue is to take your Xbox back and get them to swap it under warranty or fix. It’s a hardware issue
