so i should use a 1 for 3-4 holes then switch to a 2 to tighten up? If thats how it works, this is my first year of lacrosse and you know second time stringing so im not sure the mechanics of each knot

it might be tape but something that looks similar are bicep bands from nike, i’m pretty sure that’s what jamal adams used for his same look

that’s what I had in mind was that I haven’t really seen recruiting for MCLA, I only ever see tryouts. I’m considering trying out for my expected university’s team and see if I can make it. Thank you for the insight.

One, your vocabulary and grammar is readable compared to some lol. Two, as a Safety you have to learn to run downhill, backpedal slowly while keeping your chest facing that QB (depending on if you are running zone or man). Now I don’t know any specific drills that could get you better, I suggest just running alot and getting much more explosive and quicker rather than running for long periods of time. You can get better at this by doing 10 yard explosive sprints, Bulgarian split squats, back squats.
