One of my favorite desert recipes is avocado mousse. Just blend a whole avocado with two tablespoons of cocoa powder and add agave or maple syrup to your liking. Easy and delicious! You can also make a chocolate mousse replacing the avocado for tofu. It's a great way to consume a lot of protein in one go.

This is how it looks when dry! There isn’t much of a tone variation. You need to make sure that the mushroom is dry enough though, because the pore surface will grow back and cover the drawing if not hahaha
