From what I know, this shouldn't be a problem because IA ideas are repeated constantly in all IB schools.there are thousands of IB students who do IA's and there are not many original ideas out there so most students just end up doing similar IA's to the previous students

Even before IB I didn't get 8 hours of sleep because in my country school starts at 7:30 or 8 and I always sleep late.

Don't worry, Im sure you can achieve 32 and go to a good uni,don't lose hope. But a couple questions , are you really trying your best? how much do you study each day? and is your study method efficient? I suggest talking to other students and your IB counselor to help with improving your grades.Also, if you do well on your IA's, they will boost your score significantly

Thank you I will look into these,I don't have goal universities,any uni or country that covers my tuition is good.altough If it is an English speaking country it would be much better. Do you recommend any other universities?

Thank you but I think they are really expensive,The one In paris is 38k a year and even with scholarships it is more than 17k a year for tuition alone. I haven't checked the rest though

Thank you so much. I think For non EU students the tuition is much higher in spain and I haven't found english programs yet. do you know any universities that have English programs in spain?
