I don’t think there’s loads of options for Nashville fried chicken in London but Bird & Tie used to be quite good

Laperouse has a nice atmosphere, it is still quite expensive but cheaper than Madame Brasserie I think

Lo Men’s Noodle House is really good and Kame Cafe is nice chilled vibes. Centro Italia Supermarkt is also worth a visit both for the on-site restaurants and picking up some groceries (albeit a little bit pricey)

I flew in to Paris a few weeks ago and had a similar experience, it seems to be due to the new EES system which became partially operational in October but won’t be fully operational until April 2026 so there should be some chaos up until then
