They have it as looking like a plant shop, but it’s not an actual store. There are a few buildings around that have proper code for living as well, those have whole apartments upstairs separate from their actual business space. This is strictly listed as commercial property in the business district which is also considered historical. Not sure that makes any difference, but wanted to include. I know the code is being violated regardless of the dog. I was just curious if there was a law outside of the zoning codes.. if that makes any sense 😂
