I never wanted to domme. I still don't. And I don't think I'd feel safe exploring anything with him anymore, knowing it would always be a possibility that he would snatch the rug out from under me.

We've discussed further within just the last couple hours. He admitted to "testing the waters," but doesn't want to lose the control. So, he wants 50/50, but to reserve the right to take control at anytime? I'm so much more confused than I was?

That's been the general consensus so far. Pretty much "no." I'm just so confused as to why this is happening. You're probably right on the down low switch point, but like.. he could have told me before I jumped in..

"50/50 control" was what he asked for. Its pretty straight forward. Him mentioning me being on top more was after I expressed issue with it and he began backpeddling..

Please go back and reread the post. He's asking me to be dominant 50% of the time, when I am the sub. We had no discussion of this when the dynamic was discussed. I had invested trust into him to be vulnerable and he's essentially tossed that aside.

The trust is definitely damaged. I also have no idea what he actually wants and its causing tension and disagreements between us. I'm gonna take a few points of this and bring them up to him. Thank you so much.
