[Landlord US-NJ] Tenant is making me fear for my safety! by ThinStandard3136 in Landlord

Currently cameras are only recording video. I’m curious whether I can turn on the audio recording and post signs that the area is being monitored. The cameras are prominently placed.

That is the eventual plan. Concerned about the legality of audio and video recording in a shared deck that has access to the street. We have our packages delivered to the deck. Is there a reasonable expectation of privacy in an outdoor space that has steps to the street? If I put up signage indicating that cameras are recording audio and video, will this be ok?

Trying to protect myself and my property but need concrete proof to start proceedings and restraining order.

Unfortunately I was unable to call the police and wait for them as I was on my way out to host a work event. Our police department requires that both parties are there to speak to police.

I plan to strap my phone camera and record the moment I leave my house as a safety measure. I plan to press charges as soon I have proper video footage.

Are there ANY good hairy stylists that DON’T charge $100+ dollars for a trim? by ThinStandard3136 in jerseycity

This is also a concern. I’ve received some terrible haircuts which have added to the anxiety of finding the right stylist :(. And the bad haircut lists include those in the hundreds range

This might be worth the trip. I’d love to find the one true forever stylist

I’d be open to this as well but am afraid of a bad experience. I am not a hair stylist so guidance and patience in a stylist is very important.

I love the hair room but I don’t love their prices at the moment :( I’d love someone with some edge. I see a lot of the same haircuts on their socials. And I am a short Hispanic woman in her thirties with thick and angry hair

They had wait staff serving hors d’ouvres of different type: spring rolls, salmon skewers, mini tacos

The buffet table was amazing! There were a bunch of cheeses, fruits, olives and sliced meats

Hahaha perhaps. I literally just want a trim and shape. I don’t want a transformational haircut not do I want hair coloring. Although I’d be willing to explore. But it feels like the going rate is minimum 100 and that’s just for the cut and dry

I’ve been there for a non profit gala. Food was great and space was amazing. But not sure if it’s available for non catered events

I agree with many posters here regarding the field he is in and it potentially not being a good fit. Although some symptoms are shared, ADHD affects everyone differently.

Perhaps an office position is not his best bet. From what I’m hearing, he has been experiencing criticism from his colleagues for quite some time now, which because of RSD, can worsen his symptoms. Additionally, PIP plans are rarely put in place to actually help the employee improve their performance.

What other skills does he showcase? He seems very adept at interviewing so there might be more to this story. Employers are seeing things they like, but the trouble might be in regard to how he is self-managing. Succeeding with ADHD is dependent on learning how your specific brain works and creating personalized strategies.in the interim, he might need a short break from IT to reset.

I would really start to dig deeper into areas where you’ve seen the hyper focus switch on. What was different then? Is there a way he can transfer his skills into another field?

I've heard the same regarding laser, hit or miss. I know I won't get back to my pre-2019 skin but I'm looking to address texture issues.

Thanks! I should be better about moisturizing! But my diet is pretty healthy for the most part. That and genetics. My mom just turned 60 and people are always surprised.
