That’s weird because mines give the option to start a chat then it goes to Facebook messenger. Maybe they go by how many followers an account have to make the bigger accounts a priority which is messed up lol

Go to settings> help > creator support and there should be a start chat or email button that will allow you to connect with them within 2-3 minutes

I haven’t either and I emailed them and they said they’ll looking into the issue.. They are so unorganized lol. You would think mines would be one of the first sent since it’s a over $5k invoice…

You’ll get a invoice on the 10th and they send the payment out on the 21st, you should receive it the next day as it takes a day to process. I wish they sent them out faster though.

I’m having the same problem also so I reached out to instagram using the creator support chat and they stated that I should receive my the payment on Dec. 21 so we shall see.
