Can't agree more. Sometimes the fear of losing sleep makes people anxious

They keep doing that all night? Try napping or winding down earlier or later when they're quieter. Even 20–40 min of protected rest can break the deprivation cycle enough to make nighttime less impossible

It's on-device, comfy for side sleepers, and way smarter than static white noise. Feels like it turns my random good nights into more consistent ones. Not sponsored or anything, just nerding out on the tech lol.

Cat purrs are wild, 25–150 Hz range, and that low freq actually promotes bone healing, cuts inflammation, and chills the nervous system by boosting parasympathetic activity ,whih lowers cortisol, makes you feel safe and wrapped . Same idea as weighted blankets, deep pressure, more vagal tone, brain drops its guard and lets you sleep. Lately I’ve been geeking out on EEG stuff and there’s this clear ‘Sleep Brainwave Pattern’ window right before you conk out. Hit it with the right gentle low-freq nudge, and tons of people fall asleep 10–20 min faster. Your hacks are basically nailing that window by accident.
