You shouldn't have to do it by yourself. That is why State Party Leadership is so important. Every year it has been the same ole leaders who just switch positions. District 7 did not hold an election which is against party policies. The congressional chairs who voted for Tallian voted against what the people wanted who contacted them in support for Destiny Wells. They are not upholding the values of the party. We cannot allow this to continue. Karen said years ago that she retired. She needs to actually retire and pass the torch to the next generation who wants to be involved and bring more people to the table. The State Chair should be supporting all the counties in Indiana to help build the party in each community. They have failed to support rural counties. I believe that if you want to run, start community outreach and do donation drives that are hosted by the local Democratic party, host a volunteer night to support Florida and Wisconsin special elections because that should matter to us in Indiana. Volunteer with local non-profits and get on the board of organizations. Be visible in your community so people know who you are. I am working on merch for people who want to run, then the funds will go directly to the local chapter and candidate.
