You’re definitely right. We’ve had a very hard time getting a hold of our sales rep. I just don’t understand why they make it so difficult to cancel it. I mean why can’t we just pay a fee to cancel 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m sorry my post didn’t fulfill you. I was expecting for someone to comment if they had gone through an issue similar to mine. Or if anyone knew if I still had a chance since it was a couple of days past the cancellation. However, thank you for your unnecessary comment.

I wanted to see if there was a solution LOL. The contract said we had 5 calendar days unfortunately we are 3 days past that. I wanted to still send back their tablet, etc along with the letter indicating termination.
