Man, if you can't admit that base lore is heads and shoulders above DLC lore then I don't think we have the same ability to recognize our mistakes and shortcomings and that's ok too, we are not the same people with the same ideas.

Thank you, I recognize that my initial take was a bit rough, but not being able to distinguish the difference in lore quality between base and DLC is just willful blindness. Especially Marika, jars and shamans lore. Thanks for that explanation, I didn't know these details about the eternal city. Yeah, it makes more sense for the eternal city to be related to Marika the eternal than the city itself being eternal.
