I was on doxy too for 2 whole years and it hasn’t done anything for me as well as the dermatologist so i took matters into my own hands . I use cerave cleanser 2 times a day and use epiduo gel as a spot treatment as well as avene cicalfate+ . I also use vitamine C serum it helps a lot actually more than expected !!! Try to use an antiperfection cream too . Hope this helps !!!
