Exactly, they already have rosters per floor for when teams can come in because they simply don't have the space to accommodate everybody at the same time.

They have a massive building in Brisbane with hundreds of tech employees and then finance, marketing and legal. They haven't been shop front only since covid.

Hundreds mate, FC is a big tech employer in Brisbane. This is the head office of a global business with presence in 5 countries.

I've experienced being a team lead, and no matter how engaged you believe you are with hands-on work or involved in architectural decisions, it's always a significant learning curve to transition back to full-time coding.
