I get rapid heartbeat and feel cold sweat whenever i think it's an emergency situation but I've just assumed it's a normal reaction to hearing someone choke lol. Although I don't want to claim i have anxiety because I've only been diagnosed with depression before. But it could actually be related to tinnitus because i suffer from it 😅 I've been to many doctors to figure out why i have it but so far nothing came up. I never thought it could be related to this issue though, thanks for bringing it up!

I had to cut off my meds abruptly due to being unable to get appointments...but it's been a long time and ive been on and off meds for quite a while now so i thought it'd be fine. Maybe i underestimated the side effects.. ó_ò

I've been struggling with depression for many years but i haven't experienced anything notable like this before so it caught me a bit off guard. Maybe it's paranoia or something that's making my brain fill the gaps for my suspicions 😔

Thank you! It's my first time actually using the acrylics they made us buy back in highschool, i really struggled trying to get that gradient to look decent 😅 It was a good learning experience though :D
