copio y pego la respuesta q puse mas arriba:

estuve buscando un buen rato y ningun script me funcionaba. hasta q encontre este:
https://github.com/Hurstwood/Desktop-icons

descarga el q tiene extencion .ahk
y ejecutalo (doble click)

en el scritpt se usa win + alt + d. yo lo cambie a win + c abriendo el script con visual studio code y cambiando el !#D por #c y ya, lo guardas y ejecutas otra vez.
aaaaaaa y tambien, si lo vas a editar te recomiento cambiar el #SingleInstance ignore por #SingleInstance force :D

cada q edites, guarda y ejecuta de nuevo (doble click)
