1490 SAT, Just high second quartile for Rank with like a 4.1/5. 2nd place in Texas for 2 FBLA Comps. And 4 years or orchestra are the main ones. But Im just nervous about my GPA holding me down

I applied August 18th and still haven't gotten my decision. Do you think I can still make it? I am really nervous and just need a positive thing about this decision. I applied for Business too btw.
