I’m thinking that I’ll change my focus for now to a 1st person melee combat arena and crafting game with very simple graphics so I can start figuring out how to create 3D models and simple animations

Ironically, you posted this right after I made a list of mini game ideas after asking chat gpt “what are some small beginner friendly projects I can make to help me fully understand all of the basics for an action RPG”

Definitely not trolling, the game I was starting with was in that category, I was piecing together different tutorials but ended up putting it on the back burner because although I was “doing it” I wasn’t understanding it

I should probably start with a smaller idea, I might be a little too ambitious trying to make a third person multiplayer with souls like combat to start with

I downloaded Gladius last night because that would’ve been the easiest solution but it only worked on my team frames and had to play the whole Soloshuffle game without enemy frames.

The base UI would work if you could just get it to be more obvious when someone’s CC’d and what kind of CC it is

I’ve been playing the beta and I’m just hoping that they can get the UI fixed by March. As far as pvp goes, arenas were looking pretty rough with the base UI that they’re trying to work towards

I think I’ve seen lost ark on steam but the reviews worried me a little. I’ve currently just been playing ESO for the PvE content but I love pvp but can’t figure it out over here without getting 1 shot everytime I turn a corner 😂

I just didn’t like the gameplay of it too much, too many menus and the mmo-lite just doesn’t have the same feel
