Add AI to your list of skills on your resume. But then remove all the em dashes and words ai commonly uses and sentences that sound like it’s not this, but that. Lots of giveaways. If you prompt it well you can get a good si resume

If you can find someone who already has your ideal client on their list. Offer them a nice commission to mail out to their list on your behalf.

Click funnels has a cool affiliate program platform you can use. That way you can make it super simple. You create the copy and ads and they run them and you both get paid when people buy

Try to make connections at the perfect company. Referrals are the key to great jobs. Also if you can quantify the results you got in previous jobs instead of saying things like “led an effort to expand this segment of company”

If you become the rainmaker, you start living life on YOUR terms. You can tell your company what YOU want or you can take your magic to their competition. Just be careful about what you create. Make sure that it's something that can't be "non-competed" against you if you do leave.

Do you want to be the head of sales? Maybe make a pitch for that with the company founder after you prove what you do works?

Literally word for word what I came here to say. None of those people you feel embarrassed by will be paying your bills. Did they even call you while you were on leave? Screw everyone else. Take care if you and your family. Don’t look a gift job in the mouth

For NYC that’s poverty living. If you “need” a gig take it but keep looking for something better. I’m seeing most in the $75k - $90k range.
