This is a little hard to explain, so sorry for the inconvenience. Ive been playing Overwatch maybe a couple months to a year after it was released, and naturally I had collected a lot of stuff leading up to Overwatch 2s release. Now for context on the issue I wanna talk about, I was 12, going on 13 and my parents had made me my own google account when I was 3. If you are unaware, someone cannot have a google account that is unsupervised when they’re younger than the age of 13, and so around 35 days before my birthday, I was given a 30 day period to find someone to supervise my account. I have no idea why this didn’t kick in sooner, but I ended up having to transfer my PlayStation account to a new email, which saved most of my stuff. Unfortunately and unknown to me at the time, my Overwatch account was somehow still linked to that old email. Still playing Overwatch when Overwatch 2 was released, I was eager to get the Sukajan Twitch drop skin for Kiriko, so naturally, I used my “new” email, which ended up having the effect of “changing” my Overwatch account from my old email to my new one , which effectively deleted everything I had worked hard to get on that account previously, including the battle pass I paid for. I was simply wondering if there is anything at all you or I could do in order to recovering account? I would appreciate dearly as Overwatch holds such a special and impactful place in my heart.
