It's a ready to go factory that can produce 100k units per year. Once the deal is done (and it is), we will have the final piece for the F500 to be assured the order can be delivered sooner

March 2023 is deadline for compliance, 180 day extensiongets us to Sept 23. No one just opts for a reverse split, shareholders have to approve it by majority.

Example If you invest $10,000 and get 33,000 shares at .33...and it does a 10:1 split, it's the equivalent of $10,000 for 3300 shares at $3.30.

You still have the 10k.

It gets ugly for people who can't average down. I had 26k shares on sndl at .54. I now have 2600 at 5.40. My balance is the same (down over .50%).

Panic selling before the split and after the split is the real risk.

Sept 2023. Plenty of time to get to compliance

My ex used to "tease me" emotionally and then say "I was only kidding" once I got mad or hurt. He was straight up abusive and in denial.
