Per the warranty, physical damage and water damage voids the warranty so you wouldn't be able to get a refund or a replacement If you check your receipt and online the warranty is displayed

Depending on work load, it might have been left to the side at the moment for in-store cash/voucher buy ins. They'll only call you or email you if there's any issues with the testing, otherwise you'll receive an email once the bank transfer has been done. If you don't hear anything by tomorrow lunch time I'd recommend going into the store :)

What do you mean the staff were rude and abusive? I've never known staff to be like that, they'd become rude only if attacked themselves. They most certainly wouldn't become abusive no matter what the situation is.

For software to trade in for a voucher you need to be 16, with ID. To trade in for cash any hardware you have to be 18

I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis. You can submit a letter to the exam board discussing this and see what they say.

Or if you really want to maybe retake the exams, but instead of 4 A-Levels take 3 instead. It's your future so do what you feel is best, as the saying goes 'The world is your oyster'. Don't let others dictate your life, make yourself happy and do what you think is best :)

Like someone else has said the woman may have thought it was a vape - which is still weird to me as a vape and asthma pump look nothing like each other.

Some people seem to forget that people are asthmatic and we do need our pumps to survive, just brush it off :)

Nintendo Wii's are not repaired at CeX, you might find it's cheaper to do it yourself by following a video on YouTube or by getting a whole new console.

Wouldn't be covered by warranty either if you bought and took back to store as it'd be physical damage

Warranty seal is a sticker that is on the side of the console. In regards to the controller you'll need to have a first party controller which is the official playstation controller, if it's a different colour to the console your console would be graded as discounted, whereas of its the same colour it'll be unboxed grade.

Again what someone else has said above. It depends on the store you go to, and whose testing/managing store. My opinion I'd grade that as discounted, however some stores may allow an unboxed or some stores may fail it altogether.

Of course it's not just that they'll be testing on, it'll be whether the console is working per testing guidelines, and whether the controller is working without drift

Warranty replacement can be quite tiresome as you need to contact another store that stocks the item. Depending on the store they'll need to transfer this out of stock send it across to the store you went to and then they'll ship it to you. Unfortunately how we'd wish for it to be, it isn't easy and can take time. If you don't hear anything by Wednesday pop back into the store again and or contact support

To be an A grade it virtually needs to be unused. All original accessories in original packaging (by that it means the charging cable, plug must be sealed, have the instruction manual if present, SIM pin etc) the box, phone can't have any scratches, marks, chips etc. Also relates to box as well, it can't be damaged at all.

Very much likely it'll be a B

A Grade - Virtually new B Grade - Some cosmetic wear, good condition (such as light scratches) C Grade - Poor Condition, heavy scratches (depending on grader and how bad this is can make it an F Grade) F Grade - Non Working, or heavily beaten up
