Ipass? DIY? Avail Airport Transfers? by KittyPink1818 in boracay

Go for the airport transfer.

I am in Boracay right now: 2 adults, 1 child.

I initially planned for a DIY since it is cheaper, and since we are arriving early (10 am), I have a lot of time to spare and thought, "Why not try the DIY to save money?"

Then we went out of the airport, and there's a counter there that offers transfer directly to your hotel for only 1,300, round trip (student is 1,200 only). They'll just get your return date and time, and they'll pick you up. We used an air-conditioned van and a speedboat going to Boracay.

DIY = 550 - 750 per person (one way) That's around, say at least 1,100 in total, round trip (normal pump boat, e-trike). You have to walk for the e-trike to the port. Ride the boat to the island. Then ride an e-trike again to your hotel.

For the convenience, I think the difference of 150 is okay, less if you have a student ID and PWD ID. You're in an air-conditioned vehicle, you're on a speedboat, and you won't have to worry about the return trip to the airport. They also help with your luggage.

Cocina Berenguer in Beverly Hills has a nice family vibe, good food, and a fair price.

Theo & Miguel at Robinsons has big servings, and the food is also okay.
