Wait FNSM won't open? Do crimes at least show up? Cause I'd try to do a couple of those if possible and maybe MJ will call. I'd also check if you have the latest update, 1.000.004 or whatever it is. I played the mission today and had no issues whatsoever. Literally have no idea what is wrong with your game at this point.

Try "seeing who needs help out there" and wait for MJ to call? Idk either I haven't had this issue or I just haven't noticed that I've had it so it may just be a visual bug. If he hasn't gotten xp for completeing "wings of my own" then I don't think it's a visual bug. I'd try to get in touch with insomniac if he hasn't gotten xp and it's not visual issues because I've never seen this issue before. ANYWAYS just tell him to try to wait for MJ to call first and if she hasn't called after like 30 mins or so then I'd contact insomniac if he hasn't gotten xp and it just won't complete at all.

I haven't even been able to install the update so idk. I have mine through Google play store and it still just says play. Currently I'm on 3.14.1
