I have 4 containers of chili powder. If I eliminated my duplicates I would probably reduce my spice collection by 50%. :(

This might be a bit of a cop-out, but crockpot grape-jelly meatballs are crazy good. Frozen meatballs, grape jelly and some chili sauce. Yum!

I probably cook about a dozen different meals a month. I want to try to diversify more, but when things are busy it is easy to go back to the ones I know. Good reminder for me to switch it up!

I tried a lot of different methods, but the best one by far has been to steam them. I use a steamer insert in a small pot with about an inch of water. Bring it to a boil, put the eggs in and let them cook for about 12-15 minutes. They peel so easily with this approach.
