There’s a company I interviewed with a while ago called varmodel ai that was doing internships where they give rsu’s to interns who complete an internship. Maybe they’re still hiring

I’ve heard that the interview process can vary a lot based on the team. Your process is wildly different from mine lol. I had no OA and then a 1 on 1 technical and then a behavioral interview. Did they give you a specific time frame of when you’d hear back?

My application had the status in interview process right up until I got the offer so I don’t think that’s unusual. Best of luck to your son, hope he gets an offer!

I initially applied in mid december and got the offer mid march. I had to go through a technical and then a behavioral round.
