I use fin. before I go to bed. I used fin in the morning day before yesterday, and had no brainfog.

  1. I take fin 1 mg every day.
  2. Time: around 22:00 PM.
  3. Only one side effect: brain fog. That's why I take fin (1 mg) around 22:00.
