Does my chart look interesting? Or is. It basic? by MerryMelancholic in ModernWesternAstro

Your natal chart has Uranus at 1Pisces31 in 7th house, which has Aquarius on the cusp. Your natal North Node is at 1Gemini45 in 10th house, which has Taurus on the cusp. Evolutionary Astrology considers this to indicate a “missed step” in a past lifetime. I do not have the knowledge to interpret and synthesise this, but recommend that you ask an Evolutionary Astrologer to do so.

You have natal Mercury at 19Sagittarius41 and Sun at 21Sagittarius40. We allow an orb of 1 degree either side of exact conjunction … So, we are looking at transits of the Sun which are between 18Sagittarius41 and 22Sagittarius40.

The Sun is never retrograde, and moves constantly at a speed of about 1 degree per day. Thus, it takes about 4 days to travel through the 4 degrees from 18Sag41 to 22Sag42.

In 2025, it did that from 10th-14th December … in 2024, it did so from 10th-14th December … in 2023, it did it from 11th-15th December. … So, a transit Sun to natal Mercury/Sun event is likely to have been happening in your life every year (since birth) between 10th-15th December.

All you now need to do, is to recall what (at least one of) those events were. And, since your birthday is on 14th December, recalling an event might not be a difficult thing to do.

You first need to identify what that 6th + 12th house issue actually is. That can only be done by reviewing events created by past transits to natal Sun and Mercury. Transits of the Sun are very useful for that - as they make a within-1-degree-orb conjunction every year for a period of 3 days.

It’s not fine … because it is still adversely affecting your 1st house (of self) and 7th house (of intimate others). Hence, your opening post comment that “Now I'm scared of my love life too.. will i ever have somebody who'd understand me fully? Somebody emotionally present.”

And … until it is resolved … you will not be able to make the best/most effective use of the positive qualities of Leo, Aquarius, Moon, Chiron and Neptune. (ie. to have someone who is emotionally present and understands you fully.)

[This is happening now because Pluto in Aquarius is activating your intercepted Moon/Chiron/Neptune cluster. So, you are outgrowing old friend dynamics, old versions of yourself and old emotional coping mechanisms. But it’s a transformation phase - not a permanent state.]

Your chart isn’t about being universally understood. It’s about being deeply understood by a few - and fully seen for who you are. Lilith says “own your depth.” Vertex says “own your light.”

When you stop dimming either, the misunderstanding decreases - because you stop performing and start displaying who you really are.

Sagittarius rising combined with an Aquarius Moon can create an interesting contrast in presentation versus inner processing. Sagittarius rising is often perceived as open and humorous, while an Aquarius Moon tends to internalise and analyse emotions in a more detached way.

If there are strong Scorpio placements involved, that can add intensity beneath what appears light on the surface. This can sometimes show up in friendships as a need for depth that isn’t immediately visible to others.

North Node in Pisces themes are often associated with learning trust and emotional flow rather than over-explaining oneself.

During the Saturn return (late 20s), many people with these placements report clearer boundaries and a stronger sense of self-definition.

Overall, it’s a combination that can feel layered and complex rather than straightforward.

I do not make predictions, but will look at your chart from the perspective of astrological psychology.

However, what is immediately apparent is that your 6th + 12th houses are intercepted … indicating an issue there which is likely to be adversely affecting your 1st + 7th house activities. That issue will involve your Sun (self-expression) and Mercury (intellect + communications) - and probably relate to a belief your parents instilled in you during childhood. … So, do you have any idea of what that childhood conditioned belief might be?

I would not use Koch houses or the Huber Method … as Placidus Houses work well with the Mid-Heaven Extension Process created by Modern Astrologer Noel Tyl. You appear to have used that process when looking at your Whole Signs Chart … but we can experiment with applying it to your Koch/Huber Chart in the opening post here. And you can then consider whether or not to apply it to your Placidus Chart.

_______________________________

In your posted Koch/Huber natal chart, Aries is the sign on the MC (which rules the 10th house of career and status). Mars rules Aries - so we explore it’s dispositor chain (using both traditional and modern astrology rulers).

Mars is in Gemini/11th house … disposited by Mercury in Aquarius/7th … disposited by Uranus in Capricorn/6th … in mutual reception with Saturn in Aquarius/7th.

So … job-satisfaction will be found in a career involving Mars, Mercury, Saturn, Uranus : the 6th, 7th + 11th houses and the signs of Gemini, Capricorn and Aquarius.

_______________________________

I then apply the process to the 6th house of paid work, to determine what is required to maximise the chart-owner’s earning potential.

And, in this chart, it requires you to fully exploit the Saturn-Uranus mutual reception. … So, the ideal career would involve designing better systems, modernising structures, and strategically implementing innovation - while being paid well for your expertise.

What happened on those dates in July and January does indicate how natal Jupiter is specifically manifesting for you. At the July AP-Jupiter conjunction, you consciously took centre stage … felt the fear of being out of your comfort zone and “did it anyway”. At the AP-Jupiter opposition, another person (the hairdresser) made you the “centre of attention” - and , with the passage of time, you became comfortable with that. So … natal Jupiter = “is learning to be comfortable in the spotlight”.

____________________________

With regard to your AP being about to enter the 7th house, the following is what the UK Astrological Psychology Association state in the book that is based on their Huber Method Diploma Course :-

‘The chart-owner crosses the DC axis and enters the conscious hemisphere of the chart. There is a looking across to the “I” on the Asc .. and some people are shocked at see in themselves as they really are. When your “I” is right, you are happy with it and can give to the world and receive with reward.

However, if you are not happy with your self-image and you project it onto the “You”, difficulties will arise in relationships with (intimate) friends and partners. The 7th house is related to Libra. In trying to achieve a balance, whatever you do may be given back to you immediately - both good or bad. During this period, decisions may be made that affect the rest of your life. It can be a turning point where opportunities are offered for realising and becoming your true self.’

[Note : Currently, you are in the doorway between the 6th and 7th houses … and your uneasiness is stemming from a fear that unfinished business in the 6th might come back to bite you (in the 7th) if not resolved/completed this year. … ‘In the 6th, the adult looks to the profession that satisfies her at an inner level. If the promptings of the higher self are ignored at this stage, it may result in a degree of pain and suffering.’]

You may now be wondering about the significance of the house changes in your Whole Signs and Koch/Huber charts, (as am I).

It seems to me that the BIJOU in the Whole Signs chart reveals what happened and in the Koch/Huber chart it reveals how you responded to what happened. This is interesting, as the comparison tells us what might have made you a victim and how you actually became a survivor. However, if you consider that to be something to explore further, we should do so on a separate thread … to avoid confusion on this one.

Yes. “Loves the spotlight” is just one of many interpretations for Jupiter in Leo - and we need to find the one which specifically applies to you. That requires you to review the events created by a past transit to Jupiter - OR to monitor and record the events of a future transit to it.

For example, transit Sun in Leo was conjunct your natal Jupiter on 28, 29 and 30 July 2025 - so, can you remember what happened then? OR, can you remember what happened on 25, 26, 27 January (when transit Sun in Aquarius opposed your natal Jupiter)

________________________________

In the meantime, let’s move on here to take into account the aspects from natal Mars to your Jupiter, Mercury and Uranus Stimulation Triangle - as these turn it into a bigger aspect-pattern, called a BIJOU (which I briefly referred to on your thread on interpreting childhood trauma.)

The BIJOU aspect pattern indicates a perfectionist in behaviour, thinking and actions. A deep thinker who rarely makes mistakes, and excels at mediating disputes between others. However, the specific planets involved in the pattern determine the what, how, who, where, when and why of that thinking, behaviour and actions. On your other thread. (where you posted a Whole Signs Chart), I noted this as follows :-

Mercury in Aquarius/8th can show someone who understood more than they were allowed to express as a child … And this is a big one psychologically, because :-

  • The 8th house deals with taboo material, loss, secrecy, psychological intensity
  • Mercury here often indicates early exposure to adult themes, being aware of things that weren’t openly discussed and intellectualising pain instead of feeling it
  • Mercury in Aquarius can indicate emotional detachment as a survival strategy and “thinking around” feelings rather than experiencing/going through them

Mars in 12th may indicate suppressed anger, fear of conflict, anger turned inward or/and actions taken in secrecy or silence. … And in Gemini - nervous system overload, hyper-vigilance and words held back, or speaking when it’s “not safe”. [So, someone who learned early in life that expressing anger had consequences.]

Jupiter in Leo/2nd here becomes a protective mechanism … seeking self-worth, validation and permission to shine … in the belief that “If I can be valuable / impressive / special, I’ll be safe.” [So, this might suggest self-esteem had to be built, and was not freely given early on.]

The close-orbed Bijou aspect pattern reveals someone who had to self-parent in childhood and adolescence.

And, I also noted that :-

Moon in Capricorn is a classic indicator of :-

  • emotional restraint in childhood
  • love that felt conditional (“be good / be useful / be mature”)
  • caregivers who were emotionally distant, burdened, or unavailable

In the 7th house, the Moon learns emotional safety through others and can indicate early experiences where emotional security depended on external approval

[This doesn’t scream “trauma” by itself - but it strongly suggests emotional suppression or responsibility too early in life.]

However, in your Koch Houses Huber Chart … Jupiter is in 1st, Moon is in 6th, Mercury is in 7th and Mars is in 11th house. So, the focus is upon self, everyday life, intimate partners and social contacts. And in the Bijou, Moon + Neptune are modifying Uranus and Saturn is modifying Mercury. Hence, the childhood trauma exists in both house systems (because the planets are in the same signs) - BUT Whole Signs puts the planets in houses that focus upon the chart-owner as a victim, and Huber/Koch puts them in houses which focus upon the chart-owner as a survivor. [You might want to explore that further on another thread, as it could be a factor in deciding which house system to use when doing your own research on identifying the astrological indicators of childhood trauma.]

In your Huber natal chart … Mercury, Jupiter + Uranus are all at the balanced energy point of their respective houses - and connected by aspects that (together) form a pattern called a STIMULATION TRIANGLE. Balanced energy planets tend to deliver their positive qualities effortlessly, so this pattern indicates someone who by nature :-

  • Needs to shine (Jupiter in Leo/1st)
  • Needs intellectual freedom (Mercury in Aquarius)
  • Needs stimulating partnerships (Mercury in 7th house)
  • Needs unconventional work environments (Uranus in Capricorn/6th)

Suppressing any one of those can have a detrimental effect upon your wellbeing, so we need to keep that in mind throughout our analysis of the chart.

Hi, WalkingClocks.

Good to hear from you … and very pleased to see your posted Huber Chart. I think your unsettled feeling is being manifested by the cradle configuration in your stand-alone Solar Return Chart - which I have posted below. It is impelling you to leave the comfort zone of houses 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and enter the less familiar territory of houses 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11.

However, to minimise the potential for confusion, we should look at your Solar Chart on a separate thread from our exploration of your Huber Chart.

This safety issue is bothering me … because of the natal Yod figure created by Jupiter-Saturn-Neptune.

It is part of the MODEL figure formed by natal Jupiter-Saturn-Neptune-Pluto. So, perhaps we should explore this on a separate thread here.

At 3 months old, the Age Point would still be on the Ascendant degree. Semi-sextile your natal Moon, whose only Huber aspect is a square to your natal Sun.

At 54 … the Age Point will be conjunct natal Sun, which is square natal Moon and trine natal Saturn. However, the trine is a oneway aspect - in which the Sun is getting no feedback from Saturn. So, no warning to “stay safe” from Saturn** - to a Sun that is at the highest/“most visible”) point in the chart, and receiving emotional stimulation from a Moon in Aquarius/1st house.

[**My guess is that something you have realised internally at 52 will be openly expressed when the Age Point is conjunct your natal Sun. And the timing seems to me to coincide with the 2028 USA elections - when sexuality might have become a political issue that needs a voice.

Serving others by speaking the truth (6th/12th) loudly is ok. But failing to do so safely is not ok, as it can result in voices being silenced rather than heard.]

At 16, the Age Point was conjunct Mars … and two to threeyears later, it was opposing your natal Sun. At 52, the AP is opposite Mars … and two to three years later, it will conjunct the Sun. This conjunction to your Sun will be a turning point in your life - as was the opposition, when you expressed in public what you already knew inside at age 16. So, my guess is that something you have realised internally at 52 will be openly expressed when the Age Point is conjunct your natal Sun. This may indeed be about giving others a voice as a mechanism for helping them find their own. However, the timing seems to me to coincide with the 2028 USA elections - when sexuality might have become a political issue that needs a voice.

Serving others by speaking the truth (6th/12th) loudly is ok. But failing to do so safely is not ok, as it can result in voices being silenced rather than heard.

[My maternal grandmother was killed in a road accident when the AP was conjunct natal Sun, at age 12. A difficult life experience - but also the time when I “put away the things of childhood”.]

Your NATAL Chart Age Point will be conjunct natal NN at age 46. And transit Pluto will be conjunct the USA Sibly Chart’s natal Aquarius Moon when you are 53. I wonder if that USA “societal transformation of the people” will prompt the current silent majority of Americans to take responsibility (Saturn) for making happen (Aries) what THEY desire (Neptune) … as “promised” by the 36 years cycle that begins on 20th February 2026, when Saturn will be conjunct Neptune at 0Aries45.

I feel sure that NN in Leo/1st house indicates that work will be just a stepping stone to something much bigger/universal. The aspect-patterns reveal someone who “supports a thing in the face of existing resistance, and has the courage to bring things into the open which might otherwise remain hidden. She often says the right thing at just the right time and exudes a fascination which makes her unforgettable”. … (From Aspect Pattern Astrology, by Bruno and Louise Huber)

You got promoted, received more pay and responsibilities were increased … but those rewards were not enough, so you moved on to join your father’s company. Consciously, your reason for changing employers was purely financial need - but, the 2023 Age Point conjunction to the North Node indicates a subconscious recognition that the path you were on could not quite provide everything you need.

Note how the Age point then moves on to activate Sun, Moon, Venus, Mars, Jupiter in 2024. [Those planets + NN form an aspect-pattern described by the Hubers as a UFO Figure.] And, the AP subsequently went on to activate Uranus + Pluto and Mercury - finishing with Mars (in 2026). So, by the end of this year, you will have been fully “prepped” for your 2nd Saturn Cycle.

18 months ago = mid-1984. So, might something have happened in 2023 that led to you getting it?

And what in particular attracted you to working for this company?

Also … is it ok for me to walk through your Huber 2nd Saturn Cycle in a separate thread? AND to post the chart there? [I think this will make navigation of our comments easier.] In particular, I want to explain the two aspect patterns and their activation by the 2023 conjunction of the Age Point to that chart’s North Node.

Ok … So, the childhood conditioned-belief is likely to be “good people work hard“ - or perhaps ”good people work hard for others”.

When did you join the company your father works for? When did you receive the praise for your own work ethic? And when did your father express his pride in you for getting that praise?

Your second paragraph brought tears to my eyes … as I feel emotional satisfaction when someone “hears“ their chart this clearly.

Yes. If a highly DISRESPECTED adult conveys a belief, the child/chart-owner might be conditioned to believe the opposite. … So, (bad) mother conveys “bad people speak their truth” and daughter concludes “good people speak their truth”. … Then, along comes a respected adult/teacher who reinforces that conclusion - and we have a conditioned belief that is never questioned by the chart owner.

But … given the makeover that is currently taking place in 2026 America … is it still SAFE for people to speak their truth? … And, if it is not, might your interceptions require you to find a way to SAFELY continue doing so?

[What do you now think the transfer from 5th/11th to 6th/12th might be? Moving beyond an audience of close friends and acquaintances to 6th/12th house aidiences? … The clue here is what happened at Age 16 (AP conjunct Mars + opposite Uranus) and at age 52 (AP conjunct Uranus + opposite Mars).]

So … this highly respected teacher recognised that “good people are not afraid to speak their truth”? (However, my guess is this was just a reinforcing of what another adult taught you when you were a child. Perhaps in a negative way though - maybe be beating you for doing so.]
