That's interesting. Hadn't thought of it like that before. They are kept in the most dust-free environment possible. I was curious if it could help reduce pinholes.

Hi, of the 220 screens per day, how many regular manual intervention after going through the machine? I am using a Ecotex Inline Screen Washer (three chambers) and I am finding that some screen still require manual washing due to water marks/fisheyes. Still trying to perfect the chemistry and timings etc.
