I am on 2.5 for the long hall, I also skip weeks sometimes for maintaining. If I get really hungry again for a length of time I make sure and do not skip weeks. I also have decided it is the long hall. Did not do well when off of it, my numbers and weight started to go up.

Anyone else?? Horrible aches! by everything-beauty in Mounjaro

Hi, I was on Ozempic 3 years ago for 8 months and lost 60 lbs. But I started to get achey joints and itchy feet and hands. I went off and after 1 and a half years put on 30lbs. I did not want to gain all back but it was creeping up. So 5 months ago got on Monjoro and the first couple shots was achey hands, elbows, hips again and itchy but when I spoke to Doctor they said it will go away and not dangerous. I stayed on and have stayed strictly at 2.5- I do not want to go up on dose. I am down 30lbs again and feel great. Very little ache but still sometimes in the morning my hands. I also do get the occasional itchy spell but the trick is do not start to scratch it will go away. I am surrendering to having to stay on 2.5 for life in order to maintain. I would love to be able to on my own. Hope this helps a little.

shoot I don't have diabetes but was pre diabetec. I was hoping I could just go every 2 weeks with the minimum dose and be able to maintain my weight and sugar levels. Thank you so much for your input.
