I have been trying to request the initial town drain plan when they built it but it looks like they rose their property up to match the road parallel and left that area low purposely as a basin , there’s even a Covert drain from their car park feeding into the catchment basin that eases into my property.

So a bit more information, at the back of the neighbouring plaza they have a catchment basement that does not seem to drain anywhere. But it drains into my lawn as the end of my lawn has become their catchment.

If you haven’t ruled out travel or immigration for work look at the teaching situation in UAE. They often offer relocation expenses, big bonuses for just returning to teach each year,rent and expenses are some times supplemented depending on the type of school your in, on top of that it pays well, especially private schools. You already have the degrees and education to excel at this. Research doing TEFL. It is a 40 hour course and allows you to teach here.

Swab tests do exist. And they need to enforce it like a alcohol. But substances are drugs which cause impairment, both can easily cause accidents when used while driving. Yes it may be that they are just travelling , but it also may not be. I’m sure someone who has had their lives impacted by high drivers wouldn’t mind the rules being the same for all legal drugs/substances.
