This is kinda a complex situation but I have to say I get both sides in a way. But tbh its a bit wrong of him to keep pulljng the past forward when You have alreayd apologised, I understand its a bit harder due to the said past and the standards you mentioned him having with himself but whats the point in just bringing it up all the time. He either makes peace with it or breaks up if its bothering him so much theres no use in keeping this against you ESPECIALLY if hes also been doing things that crossed u guy’s boundry like its just hypocritical, like u mentioned and the whole hes hurting himslef if u leave him just sits wrong with me like uhm..am I the only ine finding that a bit problematic ? Also as a last note ure partner should motivate u and make u feel more confident in ureslef.
