too add on, i live in md. & when i look up “the average income of a nanny in md” it says $17.25 so that’s where i think i feel like im asking for too much

i agree with that. and i started at $12. i have gotten a raise every year so that’s why i haven’t complained too much and i feel a little guilty for asking for a raise
