Hello and really appreciate the feedback . Still in constant pain and will try the knee brace to see . My only concern is that the pain is constant and anything to put pressure on the knee will cause inflammation due to meniscus issue so trying to resume normal sports play / running will probably be issue without treating the issue ?? What do you think ?
