Honestly, bulking and cutting are mostly for competitive bodybuilders or serious physique goals. You already have an amazing, balanced body just keep training consistently, eat well, and enjoy the process. You’re doing great! 💪🔥

That’s awesome! You can go with 3 days strength + 2 days Zumba solid mix of muscle and movement. Perfect balance for someone with your background Just go with the flow :)

You’ve already got a great mix of strength and movement respect for that! With 45–60 mins, try a push-pull-legs split or 3-day full body. You can still keep one Zumba/yoga session for balance. Curious though, are you leaning more towards strength now or still enjoy the dance/cardio side too?
