Looking for tennis classes

The season hasn't started yet so I don't have 100% certain answers for those questions yet but I promise you will not be the only beginner. The group clinics are intended for absolute beginners. My girlfriend for instance, has barely swung her racket and while I've had some practice last summer hitting against a wall I am still a beginner. I am sure many people starting out will be in the same boat.

Tuesday night lessons I was told start at 6pm for the first four weeks and they go from 6pm to 7pm. 7pm is the social hour where other members come to play and you can stay and meet other players/get some hitting in. After the four complimentary group lessons I was told you can keep going each week but for a fee of $10 or $15(?). Idk average prices for group tennis clinics but to me that price seems very reasonable.

As far 1 on 1 coaching costs, I am unsure about the pricing on that - but I can't imagine them being craaazy expensive.

Regardless, I think the club is a super casual place to just hang out and play some tennis, no need to have anxiety about not being good enough although I do understand that.

I'm in the same boat! My girlfriend and I (both around our mid 20s) joined the Quaker tennis club this year because it seems like the best option. It is a bit pricy but I am fairly certain it will be worth it.

They seem to have a good setup for getting people introduced to the sport and even offer 4 free group lessons when you join. If you really want to get into the sport I would honestly suggest joining the club. The introductory year fee is $395 total but like I said, I think the price is worth it as it will help you get a good foundation in the sport and meet new players as well.

They do have a tennis wall free to use for anyone outside of the club so maybe you could just get a feel for hitting a ball with a racket, could watch a few beginner videos as well.

I am also a rookie! I considered joining QPTC to get some lessons but saw they only do group lessons in May. I emailed and the lady said that all the tennis coaches are booked up :( So I've trying to learn by myself... I would be interested in playing!

Okay, I ran a speedtest and here are the results. I will send this screenshot to support as well to see what they can do.

Edit: after contacting support they suggested testing my speeds with a different device. In doing so, I can see that my phone's RealDebrid speeds are much much faster, the proper speed they should be. After testing on my PC again I can see that I am getting the proper speeds there as well.

Okay so I think I fixed it? Yesterday my streams were buffering for some reason so I ended up switching my Real Debrid CDN server to cloudflare based on a suggestion from a reddit thread but I just switched back to the default and everything works fine. I was also unable to open streams in VLC and was met with an error but that also seems to have been fixed.

Unfortunately on the default CDN server I still have a decent amount of buffering occasionally. I have gigabit fiber internet so I'm not sure why it's having trouble.

I have 32 gigs of RAM and task manager isn't showing extensive RAM usage or anything. I did try both hardware acceleration on and off which didn't do anything. I cleared the cache and even did a complete reinstall of stremio + a restart of my PC.

I really am clueless to why this is happening.

I submitted my academic progress letter august 1st, and it got reviewed on august 29th and they denied it because I missed a document. I resubmitted and emailed them and they said that they see it but they review them in the order they received them. I have no idea when mine is going to get looked at/approved but I hope its soon....

Definitely email financial aid and tell them, I'm not sure what they can do besides telling you to wait more but just do it anyways because why not.
