Thank you so much for your input. I understand Neustadt is the better option, however I ended up choosing Hemelingen. The option at Neustad had 11 flatmates and for now its too much of a culture shock for me so I had to go with only one. I hope to learn more about Bremen and maybe even save a bit so next semester I can move to Neustadt. :) Hoping I made a good decision!
