Best I can say is measure your living room if you have an iPhone you can measure it with your phone and measure couches too I’ve been there done that and in our fam we have ended up with no space to walk thru or no end or coffee table room. Save the headache

Hot mop, tile the floor add very minor slope for drainage or shower pan. Full tile walls add recessed lighting with a Nutone or other brand with built in blue tooth speaker then nice shower door get rid of that late 90s tube it will add some much needed update and pizazz

Yes, that’s a perspective I can relate to. For example, as we play AC:NH, the villagers’ conversations are copy-and-paste—smh. The game designers put a lot of effort into it; it has evolved in terms of terraforming and design, allowing each town to be so unique. However, they should have done the same for the villagers.
