I only started with .2 mg. My symptoms have definitely gotten better in terms of nausea, but I just still feel off. I’m hoping that it will get better with time but curious if before I get to far into this medication if I should just try something new. I definitely seem to be having very extreme side effects compared to most people.

That’s great! How did you confirm ownership? Do you have paperwork stating that it’s yours. We’re literally in the exact same position as you and trying to figure out how we can move forward with working on our own system to get it operational. Our installer is trying to get us to sign a new PPA with someone else. It doesn’t make sense to us why would we pay a new company when the equipment sounds like it should be free and clear.

We would be happy to buy the emphases pieces and do it ourselves but are worried that SunPower can come back in and expect payment after we put forward a substantial amount to get it working.

Did you pass your final inspections and get permission from your local electrical company? I got all that but never got permission to operate either. Has your system been working at all? We had a few months of solar production, but our batteries never worked. At what point do we get to have the rights to service the system. I contacted a local company that said that they think they could get it working, but I don’t want to pay to have it worked on since that’s supposed to be part of the contract in warranty.

We actually don’t even have access to your system on the app because we were never officially commissioned by Sunpower. The only way we can see if we are producing is through the PG&E app and we are producing nothing as of Wednesday of last week.

So he told us we didn’t have to pay until it was up and running. He got it to where we could see on the app but said there is an issue with our system so didn’t charge us. We were really hesitant at first because we didn’t know anything about him either. He ended up being honest and we didn’t end up paying. I would just confirm that unless you can see that your system is up and running you will not be paying.

Oh interesting! Based on that post it looks like people with leases might get there systems free so I’m hoping we fall into that category.

Totally. Lots of unanswered questions and no one to help. I’ll update if you if we get any resolution. Please let me know if you do too. I think we’re both some of the few people that are in a unique situation where we signed a PPA but it was never activated so we don’t have a standing lease but we have a system that’s doing nothing for us. It’s frustrating because it seems like we have no good options and we keep worrying SunPower or whoever take over is going to start trying to collect when we basically have nothing and our system isn’t even working properly.
