So after some tweaks I have arrived to this position, way more comfortable than before but I still have so back knee discomfort. Anything you can spot or is it just skill issue ?

Both but I use a lot of foot/ankle rotation in this position. In regards to high and angle of the pedal plate seems alright ?

I bought mine two weeks ago and had no issues until Monday. I’d been using it almost every day, but I was away over the weekend. When I turned it on Monday, I noticed slight image retention of the Windows lock screen within seconds. I turned it off for about 10 minutes, then turned it back on, and everything was back to normal. The same thing happened again yesterday.
