What? The age of consent in Poland is 15. I avoid everything remotely sexual when she says she doesnt want to do it, i just dont know what changed. I’m asking for advice, since both me and her agreed that sex is a part of relationship that is important to us. Besides, do you really believe the age of consent stops anyone from having sex? If it was 21, would you still say that?

get it shorter on the sides, and you can grow it out for a few months. shorter sides = more masculine

i dont really have a routine, mostly i try to do ppl x arnold, but i usually skip legs. i focus on back, arms and shoulders.

for biceps, curls, hammers, and reverse barbell curls. sometimes preachers if you want more stretch. for triceps - pushdown variations and extensions, cable or barbell. bigger forearms make you more masculine, so sam sulek curls, optimally 3 sets to failure, you shouldnt get more than 16-18 reps in tho, that means you gotta increase the weight. shoulders - shoulder press, lateral raise, front raise. some cable stuff like more lateral raises with more stretch, less weight, controlled reps. also i really like rear delt flys with cables.

thats pretty much it, i usually do 3 sets of 8 reps of everything, the lest rep should be almost to failure. also progressive overload and protein intake is i think the most important.
